Leading to Respectful and Productive Relationships in the Workplace

When conflict causes disruptions in the work place and trust is compromised, it can have damaging and long-lasting effects on teams, departments, and organizations. This training will focus on understanding the factors that lead to conflict; which can shape the way trust is viewed in relationships.  Participants will walk away with simple and realistic ways to address conflict and issues surrounding trust that exist in the workplace.
