Description:

This course is intended to equip County and Municipal Financial Officers, Local and Tribal Emergency Management Professionals, Fire, School, and Special Districts and  Elected Officials with the knowledge and skills to perform effective disaster finance management associated with a broad range of disaster situations. The workshop will address lessons learned & best practices, procurement & contracting expectations, and the roles and responsibilities of disaster financing concerning Federal, Tribal, State, and local governments. This workshop will also address the required use of specific forms and procedures for procurement and other disaster finance management tasks.
